Refund policy

30 Day Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, feel free to return it for a full product refund. To be accepted for a return, items must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be sent back to you with no refund issued.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive it. After your return is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price (less the shipping and handling fee) will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.

Returns Process

First, email us at customersupport@bunionsleeve.com so we can give you a PO Number.

Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. We encourage our customers to return the items with either delivery confirmation or insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.

Exchanges Process

Bunion Sleeve aims to make exchanging items easy. Please email us at customersupport@bunionsleeve.com so we can set up your exchange and then we'll ask you to send your package back using registered post as we are cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in the post. Once your exchanged order ships you will receive a shipping notification via email.

Late Returns

Under our returns policy, pending inspection, we can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your order ships, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price less all shipping and handling fees, which are not refundable. Returns received after 30 days may be returned to you with no refund issued and a late returns processing fee may be charged. 

Incorrect Merchandise Received

If you received an item in error, please email us at customersupport@bunionsleeve.com immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested.

Damaged/Defective Products Returns
