Returns and Exchanges Policy

30 Day Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your Bunion Sleeve, it is easy. We will accept most exchange pending inspection for up to 30 Days from the date of payment of your order.
Please do not wear Bunion Sleeve before checking the size you have ordered is correct. Check the size and return it to us immediately if you think you need a smaller or larger size. Bunions Sleeve should fit snugly on your foot and should not be too tight, or too loose. We are unable to exchange if Bunion Sleeve has been worn. Bunion Sleeve should be in original condition with packaging and be post marked up to 30 Days from the date of payment of your order. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage and insurance. We ask that you return your Bunion Sleeve in good condition with original packaging intact and be sure it is post marked within the 30 Day window. Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip included with your order with your return.
30 Day Returns Policy
We can only accept returns of Bunion Sleeves that have not been worn. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your Bunion Sleeve, please return it for a full product refund. To be accepted for a return, items must be in original condition, not worn and include the packaging. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
Exchanges and Returns Procedure
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your exchange or return once we receive it. After your Bunion Sleeve is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price (less the shipping, handling and restocking fee of £4.95 per item) will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage with insurance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.
Discounted Purchase Returns/Exchanges
Any products originally sold under a promotion or discount price structure will be refunded at the discounted amount. For example if an order for 2 different products is placed and one is returned, the discounted item will be the one refunded.
We do everything we can to get your order to you in an efficient and timely manner. Upon receipt, should you choose to refuse delivery of the shipment, and allow the shipment to be returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you received a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping and handling fees that would normally have been charged will be deducted from your refund. If you paid the usual shipping and handling fees associated with your orders, these will not be refunded as per our regular Returns policy.
When returning a gift for refund, we are only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, we will be glad to do so. Please refer to our exchange policy.

Incorrect Merchandise Received
If you received an item in error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested.
